We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. After this window has passed, items are no longer eligible for return or refund. The 30-day period begins from the date the carrier marks your order as delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
  • Unworn — never put on or tried on
  • Unused — no signs of use, washing, or alteration
  • Original condition — tags attached, no damage
  • Original packaging — returned in the original bag or box
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
Do not send items back without first receiving approval. To start a return:
  • Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 12 hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm)
  • If approved, you will receive return shipping instructions
  • Ship the item back using the provided instructions
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect item — we cover return shipping
  • Change of mind, wrong size ordered, or other customer reasons — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Our support team will clarify shipping responsibility when your return is approved.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. After processing, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear in your account.
Please contact us immediately after delivery and include:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, your order may already be in processing or fulfillment and cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
