SHIPPING POLICY
Every SP5DER order ships from our US warehouse quickly and securely. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process, pack, and deliver your gear — including timelines, free shipping thresholds, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.
Shipping Details
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Processing happens Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are queued and processed the next business day.
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Delivery windows are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier volume, and weather conditions. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your region and order size.
Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders totaling $100 or more (after any discounts, before tax). No coupon code required — the discount is applied at checkout.
Orders below $100 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected carrier.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment. You can also track your order at any time by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Visiting the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and entering your tracking number
- Contacting our support team at [email protected]
Currently, we ship to US addresses only, including all 50 states, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands), and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.
We're working on expanding our shipping to additional countries. Stay tuned for updates.
If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or other household members
- Check around your property for the package (behind doors, side gate, etc.)
- Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark as delivered a day early
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
- If still unresolved, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of the delivery date
We'll investigate with the carrier and work to make it right.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order is placed, we can only modify the address if it has not yet been dispatched (typically within 12 hours of purchase).
To request an address correction, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee changes after the order enters the fulfillment process. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address will require additional shipping fees to redeliver.
During high-volume periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, New Year), carrier networks experience significant strain. Processing and delivery times may be extended by 2–5 additional business days during these periods.
We recommend placing orders at least 10 business days ahead of any holiday to ensure timely delivery. We'll always communicate any expected delays via email.
